The handle has an easy-grip ergonomic design. The cover fits over the bottom of the brush to extend the handle. These imported ultra slim interdental brushes are extremely durable. They are made in Europe and feature a really nice ergonomic handle with ridges that help you keep a firm grip on the brush.
