GumChucks Starter Kit For Braces (Previously "OrthoGami")

A starter kit of GumChucks, for flossing teeth with braces.The patented flossing tip helps to quickly floss an entire set of dental braces brackets.

This product was previously called "GumChucks OrthoGami," but has been updated to work on teeth with braces or without braces.

The flexible hook on one end of the disposable flossing tips allows you to safely and quickly position the floss under the arch wire and between brackets for effective flossing. No more threading, struggling, or time-consuming contortions!

GumChucks' unique two-handle system increases dexterity and control, allowing you to make the dentist-recommended "C" shape with the floss to get under the gum line.

GumChucks is easy to use (also see the video):

1. Attach a pair of floss connected tips to each handle. You will notice one tip has a small hook on it.

2. Using the hook tip – starting from the biting surface of the tooth, tuck the hook behind the arch wire.

3. Place the other tip (the one without the hook) inside the mouth, just on the other side of the tooth from the hook tip.

4. Floss! Move the handles back and forth in opposite directions, making sure to wrap the floss around the tooth and getting way down into the gum line.

5. When you're done, simply press the buttons on the bottom of each handle to eject the tips.

The GumChucks Starter Kit for Braces includes everything you need to get started: 1 set of Handles and 12 disposable flossing tips. The tips are designed for one-time use. However, in a pinch they can be used twice. All GumChucks products are made from recycled plastic and are BPA Free. The plastic bags, tips and cartridges are all recyclable.
