Simply thread a length of any type of floss through the eye of the FlossFish. Wrap one end of the floss around your finger, and the other end of the floss around the body of the FlossFish. Insert the shaft of the product between your brackets and then floss the tooth. Remove the shaft from under the arch wire and repeat for all your teeth. (Actual size of product is about 1.5 inches long).
