Lost the one I had from the orthodontist and this was exactly what I needed. They are hard to find, especially when sold individually, so I was surprised how inexpensive they were.

These were perfect and exactly what I needed.

I use these instead of a month guard at night. Less bulky and less expensive!

I am a 68 year old woman who regularly uses these. I have TMJ and often bite my tongue while sleeping. I use to use a hard mouth guard until I had some crowns and after that my mouth guard just never fit properly. These bites are a perfect alternative for me.

My daughter needs these to help relieve pain from her braces. It arrived fast, and you can't beat the price. They are the same as the ones I'm the dentist's office. Highly recommend.

I got one of these from my orthodontist in the cherry flavor when I first got my braces. Little did I know how much I would need it. I call it my chewy. My mouth ached so bad, it was hard to do anything. I had to read a book for school and the only way I could consecrate was to chew on this while reading. I never would've survived the first two days without this. I also slept with this in my mouth because my teeth hurt so bad (I do not recommend doing this though). The only thing bad about this product is the cherry one is easy to loose since it is practically clear. I spent days looking for it and it turns out it was just sitting on the counter in my bathroom. A few months ago, I lost it and never found it.

I got my wires tightened (I also got a thicker wire) and was missing my chewy. This was super upsetting and really painful. I realized how much I still needed it. The good news is I just got another one. The only problem is cherry is my favorite flavor and I decided to get it again when it is so easy to loose. Please pray I am able to keep up with it

Worth the price, wish they were a tad bit softer. The mint one is actually a bright green, do not like it.

I ordered these for my daughter. She really loves the flavor/scent of them and finds that biting them offers pain relief after her braces are tightened. Great product!

I have a tendency to want to chew things when sitting still. Bought this hoping I could chew on it discreetly at work. I was expecting it to be more like a chewable retainer, but it is a very thin piece of plastic. It fits in my mouth but since it's between my teeth and not over them, I can't really close my mouth completely. But for only a few dollars, it works fine and I like the cherry flavor.

I had to trim these (cut off the outside half) to fit my small mouth so I could use them, but they cut easily and work as well as much more expensive splints/mouthguards from the drug store during the daytime. I use them while watching TV, reading, or at the computer, during the day to stop my grinding my back molars. I know they are marketed for pain relief from braces, but I have been using them for grinding and find them very helpful. I bought a similar device at the drugstore that cost me $30 and doesn't work any better!

These bite wafers are sooo helpful! My teeth don't hurt from my braces after I bite down on one of these wafers! I love them so much!

Just like you would press into a sore muscle through massage, these work by putting pressure deep into your bite. I have one in my desk at work and one in my wallet. I will chew on them during mindless tasks and while driving - I am always shocked at how well they work! They don't really taste but they do smell like the listed flavor. As an added bonus, these work great for pressing down loose wires!

I wear my wafer every night to give my teeth something to grind on besides my brackets. Its in shambles. I'm about to buy another one! FYI if you ship the bubblegum and grape it all tastes and smells like grape. I never tasted bubblegum.

I bought this item thinking it was small enough to stick in my mouth and my brackets on my teeth wouldn't clink during the night and wake me up. The favor was nice but I thought it provided a different purpose than what I needed. Nothing wrong with the item just wasn't for me.

A young employee from Publix told me about the wafers. I had asked her if it was too paintful the day she got them and told me about the wafers while she helped with my groceries. The same day i ordered them. My daughter received 2 sets on the day she got her braces put on. These wafers are great, it really helps. Thank you for making them. My daughter uses it to relieve the pain and pressure of her gums. I will always pass this learning experience to everyone I know getting braces.

I could not have made it through braces without these jewels! Upon leaving the Orthodontist office, place in mouth and apply pressure (as hard as you can stand) for about 30 minutes. Like magic, no pain at all ! I would advise this for everyone with braces!!!

They smell wonderful. Wished I had these when I was young and in braces. My daughter keeps them in her purse whenever she needs to bite on them.

My Orthodontist recommended I use a bite wafer several times daily. It makes my teeth and gums feel better. Pumps up the circulation to my teeth to encourage them to move faster. I bought bubble gum and grape. Nice flavor. Not a strong artificial taste. I wil buy these again. Fast shipping. Very good prices.

I love these. They work so very well. The bite wafers offer just enough resistance. They aren't too hard or soft. The bite itself is pretty intense, but not painful. But once you are done biting the pain is pretty much gone --especally if you massage your gums afterward.

I found that I would use the bite wafer heavily for a day or two and then not need it until more work was done. Using the appliance has also reduced my tendecy to bite lips, cheeks, press teeth with other teeth because all of the aformentioned were intended to stretch gums or move teeth in a response to pain.

It felt good to use the bite wafer while I had spacers in for two weeks. However, I have not found it at all useful since getting my top and bottom braces on. I guess I hope at some future point in my treatment I will find the bite wafer useful and will be glad I hung onto it.

These really helped with the tooth pain that comes from tightening braces. And they came quickly. I thought the shipping was a little steep but it was worth it. I wish the orthodontist had given one out in the goody bag.

When your teeth begin to move this helps and reduces pain.
